You may enjoy 10% discount on surgery fee as student status same to any Chinese domestic students.
After observe your pictures, I can say that the thick skin is the only reason that might cause little trouble during the surgery.
But before i see any picture that include your whole face-frontal and laterals, I can only give you very limited information on designs and advices.

Hi Dr Ting Wang, thanks for the reply. I am impressed with the pictures on your website. You have some really great works over there. At first, I consider rib rhinoplasty(primary rhinoplasty, it's my first time) in Taiwan, as it is not common in Singapore. But in Taiwan, I find it expensive..I think RMB 24000is also abit costly for me, as i am still a student. Is that the best price you can give me?
Also, i have attached my nose picture on this email. And the last picture is a picture of your patient, the nose that i like to have. Can you please advise me, if i can achieve that kind of nose using rib cartilage rhinoplasty? THANKS A LOT!!!!!

The cost for primary rhinoplasty(for patients that never accept nose surgery before) is RMB24000, IV anesthetic fee RMB1200, and others is about RMB1000-2000.
