Previous silicone Chinese patient. She dislike obvious surgery implant appearance. So the implant had been removed before visit us.
She got a low nose bridge and bulbous nose tip, wide alae. She want a asian-style higher nose. Do not want silicone, Goretex or medpore etc. We transplanted a rib cartilage for whole rhinoplasty; narrowed her nose tip and raised her nose dorsum.
Before and After lateral views
Lateral view: nose dorsum augmentated; more tip projection; more columellae visibility. But there was some swellness anyway at 7th day after surgery.
