For patients with low profile, nasal dorsal graft should be more flat too. In another words, hump should not be over-emphersized at keystone area in those patients’s nose.
A long-tail and flat dorsal graft would be a good choice for them. Neverthelest patients should be reminded that profile curve of nose bridge may not be so strong and obvious unless with proper makeup in frontal view.
