revision Rhinoplasty with rib cartilage(silicon implant)

The patient have gone with silicon implant several month ago. She would like to a little bit longer nose. The pre operation photo shows unnatural and uncomfortbal  looking of the nose.  And the sunken alar base and contractive collumella had corrected with her own rib cartilage. The tip of nose aquired of down rotation and increased projection of nose tip.
