The girl complained about the deviation of silicon implant and the width of nose tip. We can see that the silicon placed on the dorsum was already slanted to the left which was part of reasons of the appearace of wide tip of nose.
The 4-month postoperation photo shows that the dorsum is straight and fine-defined of nose tip as well as the narrowed nose tip.
